Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items can be returned in the following cases:
- Delivery of incorrect items, that is, if the item delivered is not as per the item ordered in terms of model number, dimensions or colour
- Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition. However, if the packaging was damaged during transit, you need to ensure that the damages are mentioned in the receipt you sign from the logistics agency
- Products not as per description/photo on the website
You can apply for a replacement of a company product. Replacements can be requested for any case including but not limited to - change in your requirement since original planning, technical issues at site, etc. We may decide to approve or reject your request based on each individual case.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days.
In case of returns, the shipping costs will be borne by Madonna Home Solutions. In case of approved replacements, the shipping costs will have to borne by the customer. In case of any deviance from the same based on exceptional circumstances, the customer will be pre-informed by a company representative before initiating the return/replacement. Shipping will be done in 4-5 working days and will be delivered within 7-8 working days.
