Although I was told by the vendor that it is Plug & Play type tub and there is no installation cost I had to spend Rs.10000/- for materials and plumber. One side is open and a plate is required to cover it at byer’s cost.

Quality wise we didn’t have any issue. This is very good product. When we initially purchased, we thought this is made of ceramic material but after receiving the product we noticed this is made of Acrylic. We thought of returning the product but seeing the quality of the product we kept it.
If you are expecting ceramic product the look somewhere else. Otherwise there is no issue on quality or packaging. Overall happy so keeping this.
